Local Calling to some of the most important destinations is a new feature from CallnFax. Our Connect Global, Dial Local feature routes your calls through local routings, as opposed to international. This means your call gets a Local Caller ID, faster call delivery, improved call audio, and faster call completion.
For Outbound Call Centers, this enhancement is a quantum leap forward. Now, your Call Center in Singapore can make Local Calls in the UK, USA, Australia, and many more.Â
Why Is Local Calling Important?
The ability to make Local Calls to a country where you are not physically located was a real challenge, until now.

How will it benefit my business?
Local calls get special treatment when compared with International calls. Fewer network hops are involved, voice quality and latency are better, and the Caller ID as it is displayed on your device indicates it is a local call. But, most important is the likelihood of your call being successfully delivered and subsequently answered. Calls that don’t get delivered due to Caller ID problems, SPAM filters, and more are much more common with International calls than with Local calls. Local call delivery yields the highest likelihood of successfully reaching your customer. And, calls that carry a Local Caller ID versus an International Caller ID are more likely to be answered. A call that is blocked or goes unanswered is a loss of company time and a potential sale.

That’s all! To make an Outbound call to Connect Global, Dial Local Country-Location, send your call using the Caller ID with your CallnFax DID for this Dial Local location. Nothing more is needed!
